Enter your School Code and PIN on the form below to re-enroll your school for the new program year. You’ll need to update your contact information to re-activate your code. Returning schools are NOT required to re-submit an IRS W-9 Form. Be sure to include e-mail addresses for your principal and your fundraising delegate so that you receive ALL communications from Program Headquarters. You will be notified via e-mail once your School Code has been reactivated.
The school principal must first fill out the web form below. During the process, he/she can assign a delegate to receive program-related information and be the point of contact for your school.
After completing the web form below, an e-mail confirmation will direct you to return to this page and download an IRS W-9 Form and Principal Verification. Once your school information has been received and processed, the principal (or his/her delegate) will receive a unique School Code via e-mail.
